Those are estimates the suit is NOT settled. The suit is for 1 Billion. Here is today's news 26-Apr-05 06:45 ET In Play RealNetworks readies new music service - CNET (RNWK) 6.80 : CNET reports that 10 years after the release of its first RealAudio multimedia software, RealNetworks is hoping to kick-start its 2nd decade with a new push into digital music. In New York on Tuesday morning, during a fete complete with a free concert in Manhattan's Radio City Music Hall, the co is slated to make what it has called a "groundbreaking" announcement for the future of its digital music business. Though executives have not released details on the announcement, the co has previously said it's been nearing the release of a new version of its popular Rhapsody subscription-based music program. That new version would support Microsoft technology that would let songs be downloaded to some portable MP3 players, the co has said. In an e-mail to RealNetworks customers last week, CEO Officer Rob Glaser touted the co's role in the decade-long Internet multimedia business and asked computer users to stay tuned to this week's news.
