DeLay Unethical. This should be branded on his forehead LOL. He will have to make more ethics committee rule changes. He should just give it up and go with this one:

Anything that Tom DeLay, representative from Texas, ever has done or will do that is criminal, unethical, immoral or that simply looks really dirty is hereby forever excused because the Republican party really doesn't care about morality and ethics anyway.

This is, after all, the reality of the RNC so they should just admit it in public and be done with it. DeLay is like Bolton (who, apparently, fired someone for objecting to Nestle poisoning children in third world countries through their marketing tactics), it's the drip-drip-drip of one dirty behavior after another.
