So true. And is equally true of people who want to cut out birth control, force women to take every pregnancy to term, make sure no one engages in sodomy, and that no two gay people ever marry. It's funny about do gooders- they don't do much good, do they? A woman like sister Prejean, though, she puts her time where her faith is.

PETA does not have to stay out of other people's business. Animals are certainly deserving of protection by an advocacy group, and since we have freedom of speech they have a right to demonstrate. A significant number of Americans are absolutely repulsed by hunting, incidentally. You can wax poetic about it, but then of course I might post some anti-hunting quotes or poems as well.
