You still do not understand the issues in the Schiavo case. Why don't you do some research and think about it before you make such a blanket statement?

The judges (and there were many of them) didn't remove anything. They refused to prevent Schiavo from acting in what he felt were the best interests of his wife...what SHE would have wanted for HERSELF.

Why are you so against an individual exercising her free will? That was what was being determined: what Terri would have wanted had she had a brain to think and speak with.

========There is nothing faulty in the speculation about Guckert. The day passes he received time and again are difficult to obtain and are generally for journalists (which he was and still is not) from out of town or coming to cover a very specific event.

Guckert couldn't obtain a pass for Congress (I believe that was the Senate), he was using a false name, he was using a false profession and he was getting in time and again.

THAT takes more than a simple bureaucrat or do you honestly think the Secret Service allows anyone to get within a few feet of Bush?
