Note that 59% of all felony murders since 1976 were committed by black offenders, according to the DoJ.

What percentage of executions are minority? 44%? What does that tell any objective observer?

Just a note about where I live. We used to have about 1 murder every 5 years. Chicago shut down their section 8 housing and a lot of those minorities moved here. Minorities now make up 20% of our population and we have 5 murders a year.
