(2)The number of shares that may vest if the Average Closing Price reaches between $8.00 and $20.50 per share during the Agreement term remains to be negotiated.

They call this a Sale of Equity? The investor relations services to the sophisticated are the consideration?

What the hell is suiter?

Off to the Yahoo board for enlightenment.

I sold today at 7.40 - my stop. We'll see whether that was wise or not.

BTW, I considered but dropped the idea that "suiter" was a school boy error for "suitor", but some on the YMB seem to be leaning in that direction.

"sophisticated" is not what this is sounding like. Bizarre.
