LOL.....frankly, I really dont see how or why the SEC allows PINKIES to trade....Most know most pinkies are scams....lets be honest here as business people....If you want to go at it private, great...that is what I have done for 25 years with no regrets...but if you want to go public, and sell %'s of your company to the public, you should have to meet strict requirements.......When people with 0 biz plan can go public, running out of their basement with 2 employee's.....well, it just aint right....only LEGIT companies should be allowed to trade publicly, imo.....but, this will never happen and the strong will always prey on the weak......and the weak will never learn...the more they get burned, the more they look for the 'next big score'..and be suckered into more...that is not investing, imo....
