How'd this thread get so far OT? Took the Ray Gun on during Kent State. I survived. Did it EVER occur to you guys that you MADE Ray-Gun? That his election was a reaction to you? Just like you made Bush. If you hadn't tried to defend the leper down to the last bullet and instead told him it was time to resign and go, YOU WOULDN'T HAVE BUSH NOW!!! Now there'd still be trouble. That bubble was GONNA burst. And don't tell me there was no bubble. You're too smart to play Lizzie. And 911 would have happened and you would have had to deal with that. An Afghanistan invasion. That probably would have ended things. But you wouldn't have Bush. That election was yours to lose. Somehow you did. The bubble had burst, but that wasn't certain yet. The country was prosperous, at peace, and there was no draft. It should never have come down to a few hundred votes in one state. The Dem should have had a landslide. You can blame yourselves for the fact that that isn't what happened. Really, you have never communicated with the GS or Cosmic Oneness or whatever name it has? I don't talk to God. I thought that was one of the charges your side liked to use on Bush. Now you're telling me YOU DO IT YOURSELF?????? BTW, I fail to see that Zen requires that you do. In fact, it appears to me that no god at all is perfectly consistent with Buddhism.
