The issue is Kerry's word. We have known that he is one to stretch the truth to put it nicely...so it is best not to take him verbatim...

But, he did give his word and has not followed through. That is the issue with Kerry and now he ignores and hides from it.
The press should push Kerry and everyone else who promises to do something. They are not diligent...
