The appeals process is there to protect from an erroneous execution. I agree that it is abused often. Lawyers need to be able to feed their families, you know. -g-

I don't see the benefit of keeping people like Jeffrey Dahmer on ice for life.

Apparently neither did the prisoner who did him in.
