I guess so, but I bet she doesn't have mice.

Animals give us so much love, but they also can be a lot of work and cost us a lot of money.

It's also a hassle when you go out of town, and have to take them for boarding..very expensive here in Atlanta. I don't know how it is in Texas, but it is quite an added expense when we go anywhere.

My Aunt Flo lived in the country and took care of my granddad. She was a sucker for strays and once had 14 cats and 8 dogs at the same time. Granddad was a locksmith until he died at age 93, just to feed the "pets". No vet care, just lots of loving, but spaying and neutering would have made a lot of sense: this was in the 50's and the post war economy had not yet reached that far into the country (35 miles out of Cincinnati).
