We must stop this unconstitutional filibuster. The Democrats are being allowed to se the nuclear option without cost. Something must be done to stop the cry babies.

Wrong again Wayne. Fortas was filibustered, the Senate could not invoke cloture, and Johnson withdrew the nomination, He never got an up or down vote. This is confirmed by the Senate's own website:
