Spotted Cat. Thanks. And no I have never lived in Manitoba...had a great Uncle who owned a lot of property on the main corner in Winnipeg though. Portage and Main I think it is called. I now live in North Eastern Ontario and the new hospital ( Laurentian )Which is the new regional hospital is supposed to be French - English requirement for employment so says my Wife who is a nurse. But of course the French requirement is much greater here than in TO. Are all the rules being adhered to? who knows. The taxation office in Sudbury is also French - English requirement for employment. I think most businesses in this area can deal in French or English. Take care.
