Guckert-Gannon is important because of the important stuff the Bushies are doing to this country. Because 2% of the swingvoters who decided the election felt Bush and his gang are an honest, moral, devoutly christian, All-American bunch of straight joes defending us from gays, athiests and weaklings. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth. I have worked with John Kerry. He is as honest as politicians ever get. I know GW Bush too. He is as dishonest as they get, right up there with Tom Delay but smoother and better looking. Meanwhile Rove, who is the architect of the dirty smear campaigns and mass manipulation, often uses attacks against homosexuals as one of his favorite weapons. That is why Gannon is important. Gross hypocrisy and corruption hearts.
