I have been following GRLL for about six years, though I never owned the stock. The concept looked good, though I have never actually seen one of their restaurants. They went into a Chapter 11 in January 2002 and emerged later that year. In my opinion, they didn't wipe out enough debt in the reorganization. There last profitable year was 2000. Their operating costs are higher than the norm. I suspect that the company may be sold off in pieces.
