I tried vegetarian, and was not able to do it with a healthy diet. The diet that we have found is a compromise made over fifteen years ago. It is easy to keep, and with nearly daily vitamins, I seem to have the things my body needs.

My wife does not understand my choices. My eight year olds are not ready yet to understand them. When they ask, I will explain my moral and health choices.
