I dig around all the time, Rose ... Chicago's great ..... .......... There's a wonderful radio station here that promotes shows all the time. Whenever I read that they are promoting a show, I go to Border's and scan the CD into their public earphones. Kasey Chambers has been a bit popular for a while. But I only recently "discovered" her. Kathleen Edwards is not really big at all. I recently "discovered" her too. She's going to perform at a really cool club in Chicago, the Double Door, on May 18. I plan to see her then for the first time. I saw Kasey this past Saturday in one of Chicago's finest old concert halls, the Vic Theatre. She was fabulous--absolutely fabulous. She actually has her father playing the slide guitar. He was great. The whole band was excellent. I wouldn't even consider missing her should she come to Chicago again. My wife was blown away by how good she was. I hope you're well ... and I'm so glad you are enjoying my ideas. /john
