Elroy was the the month that condo sales started being lumped in with homes as "new home sales"

If so wouldn't that distort both the price and the volume?

You or anyone have those articles handy that explain this?

Thanks

Mish

Has Donald Sterling converted any of his luxury apartments into condos?

Elroy I actually was in LA lately. I was surprised to see single family in places like Hawthorne and San Bernadino seemed as tight as can be. Almost none for sale or rent in streets I drove thru. Now if all these new apartments come on line it could be added competition for low to middle end single family like your gardner. Amazing how far this bubble has come when I refer to a $500-650k house as low end..<g>
