Pelosi's special assistant for Asian Affairs SHOULD be going to Korea and other countries over there working for the USA.
$9000 is a modest price to pay. That's what it would cost you or I to go first class. DElay's similar trip cost $107,000. How do you spend $107,000 on a trip to Korea I ask? 100 hookers?

Delay also spent $70,000 to go to Scotland, had no US business to conduct on a golf course and it was all paid for by an offshore Russian oil company.

Big difference.

"At least three other DeLay free trips connected to Abramoff and other lobbyists have been coming under intense scrutiny. A 1997 trip to Moscow cost roughly $57,000, a trip to London and Scotland in the year 2000 cost $70,000, and a trip in 2001 to South Korea came to nearly $107,000."
