SNDK owns some IP for non-volatile memory.

I think the interesting word in that sentence is SOME. Enough other companies are in this market so that the product will most likely become a commodity, with very low margins, eventually. There are also other non-volatile memory approaches out there that could replace NAND entirely.

SNDK is in a good spot and executing well. They will never be a monopoly. If they stop executing well they won't even be a good investment.

Again, I doubt SNDK is your cup of tea.
