Thanks JJ (and MC) -- I agree with both of you, but that's why I was singling out Shack, as I know he was viewing the rally in CAT as POTENTIALLY something new, and not a 2 up in a bigger downward path. And I do agree with him that CAT can be an okay proxy for the broader market. Still, I don't view it real bullishly. Nor do i view MMM as bullish, but there I remain biased by position. So someone push that big boy out of this consolidation and send it downward <g> the freep
