Remember Clinton, the stain on the blue dress, the explicit and graphic depictions of cigars? It's absurd that the rightwing is crying anything but 'fair play' over Guckert/Gannon. He wasn't a WH employee, he wasn't an intern, he couldn't get a Senate pass but he received 200 daily passes including some overnight ones to the WH? He was a fake journalist, a criminal involved in prostitution and he was able to go where real journalists (like Dowd) weren't able to go? Did Guckert actually know about the Iraq invasion before it was announced? Did Guckert know about it before Powell did? Did he leak vital military secrets to the press? These are real questions about security, hypocrisy and outright lying in the WH. Memo to rightwingers: the WH isn't RNC headquarters. It belongs to all of us.
