Just saw your post. I don't have a router of any sort. So I'm presuming this wouldn't work for my particular situation.

Have you checked out the list of routers that they claim it supports? Seems to include most the the common brands.

Also ...they say:

If you do not see your router model in the list, click here to submit your specific model for support in the future. We add new routers each month and we determine which routers we will support using this feedback.
