Having a jerk as a CEO does not bother the stockholders,

Apple also seems to have a very loyal workforce. Why is that? I think Jobs is the General Patton of the business world - he too had very loyal followers.

True. Although public image is cumulative having a terrible one hasn't hurt Microsoft much.

Still it's interesting.
