First I believe that enzyme is found in the roots and stems and not the grain. No reason to have it in the grain, same as Starbright corn. Now rice does have a little bit of protein in it. There are amino acids in protein. Probably the same amino acids found in human muscle. Rice eaters might be cannibals.
