Interesting company, they now are the industry leader in the photo enforcement field of red light cameras and speed cameras ACS State and Local (formerly Lockheed Martin IMS division) was the leader in this industry but seem to have been well beat by Redflex. They seem to do mainly long term managed contracts for cities, real annuity style income, guess you could call them a cross between a tech company and an infrastructure company. Besides their traffic division they also have a communications division which as part of a Lockheed Martin consortium has just won the $2billion FAA contract for new ground stations across the states. They seem to be rapidly increasing revenue and profits, shares seem pretty scarce, anyone have an idea how best to buy them?
