I imagine that it works great but you've got to have the supported routers. I've got one that's close in model number, but I couldn't get the username/password combos to work, even with the suggested ones listed. I'm sure an email to their helpdesk would get a satisfactory answer, but I'm using the routers built-in WEP to keep people from using my wireless network.

I do wish Jim Coates had addressed the compatibility issue, but I guess most people use the supported routers (I'm an aberration, I suppose) so there was no need to address that specifically? If Jim Coates thinks it's a great product, then I agree. You just have to be aware of the supported router issue.
