stockcharts.com and stockta.com both show mostly bearish for AAPL - recently posted how the cell phone companies here dumped AAPL to control subscriber access to music for themselves also rhapsody from real networks may challenge itunes -

forbes.com

last night on computer america they talked a lot about AAPL losing the throne, between napster, musicmatch and rhapsody.

businesstalkradio.net

However OS X TIGER is coming out april 29th and a LOT of people on slashdot.org have been waiting on that release to go buy a mac mini - so AAPL may have really good sales after the release - does that matter to your shorting concerns? I may join you if the slashdot crowd does not shoot their wad after playing with their new toy.
