A lot of Northern Europeans. It's the dollar and weather thing, sunshine for what looks like nothing to them, a 40% discount. Huge European buying in Orlando area. They are even buying NYC.

It's the Walmarting of America.


I can't wait til it reaches its peak. America will be a beauteous sight to behold!

They let a Walmart into a suburb up here. It was not bad.....it sort of blended into its surroundings.....this was not one of the better suburbs in the metro area. It was like 200,000 sq. ft. But now they want to triple the size and the suburb is going nuts.

Don't people know by now that Walmarts are like a cancer? <g>
