Interesting post from RB on the issue of shares in December!! ragingbull.lycos.com "With regards to additional share issuance. There even may be the necessity of a further private placement required for more capital in the future. I asked to be invited to participate in it if possible. This is just the cost of doing business for a company that watches every penny of their money like hawks. The ultimate return on their expenditures will more than compensate the expense." Why was the Transfer Agent reporting approximately 87,000,000 shares until LAST WEEK? Could it be a conflict of interest? They do share the same office as MRS Sciences. Or is Sam not being up front that he just issued new shares. So for those 40,000,000 shares what the H E L L did they get for it. STRAT NUT since you know so much about this Company tell us about these shares. How were they issued and what did Sam get for it. There is no Shawn, Dan, Tom, Dick, or Harry here. Keep guessing.

No, I do not own stock in SPRL...I did...and yes, I was lucky and got a nice gain as I got out when things were high while at the same time I was finding some serious holes in SPRL's viability as a 'real' company. Who am I to judge the company or it's shareholders???? Nobody.....Are you a hypocrite??? Why is it you can make outlandish predictions of how high the stock will go, with NOTHING to back up your opinion, only to be proved wrong as stock goes down?? Why do you and all the longs post all the time concerning your optimistic opinions about this company, but I am wrong for voicing my non optimistic opinions??? So, you guys can post anything positive about this company that you want, but people with negative opinions may not have the same rights??? As far as shareholders.....LOL....Judging them??? Again, do you like being a hypocrite....Many of you longs have posted how many shares you have, thereby making it public info..if you dont want to discuss your position, cost basis and etc, why do you post publicly, many times, posting you have 3.5 mil shares at .02, or whatever cost basis you claim to have??? Also, why do all the longs PUMP this, begging people to buy....using PM's to try to sucker buyers in....make posts about people short or not long will be missing out and they are stupid for not seeing what a great company sprl is and bla, bla, bla, bla???? You give opinions on this company and any individual that has a negative opinion....heck, you guys even made your own private club so you could pump this, yet keep out any negative opinions, and in your secret club, many of you longs spend ample amounts of time ragging on individuals as well........So, why dont you read your post, practice what you preach, but being a hypocrite isn't going to get you anywhere with me......You want certain rights, but dont think others deserve the same rights?? With all this 'supposed' good news of late from the company, why do you suppose it keeps going down?? You guys done dumping your shares yet? SPRL showing .085 Like I said, you very may well get your pop up, as 'third parties'<g> are still getting paid to pump this, which is a known fact. So, maybe you get lucky and I highly suspect if you are not done dumping, you will on the next pop up...in my opinion, of course.... As far as why I earlier asked if you had added....well, you have made it very public that you own 3.5mil shares....you made it very public you added 100k at .18 or .19- you have made it public that you have not sold a single share ( yea, sorry...3.5mil shares that goes from .02 to .37ish, and you dont sell a single share and instead watch it fall..buy more a tad under .20 and are still watching it drop below .10?? Sorry, I think that is not the best way to invest, especially in pinkies) you have made it very clear you think this is going to $1 or higher....a ten bagger?? and your sure of it?? Seems I would be throwing every penny at a stock I was 'sure' was going to skyrocket.....LMAO
