Bush-Cheney's master plan on energy is right on track:

1) Use collusion and energy gouging to punish the west coast especially and make a major money and power grab, then blame it on Grey Davis and replace him in a recall. DONE.

2) Force up the cost of energy and then use the high price to justify slashing environmental regulations and drilling in wildlife sanctuaries and other "holy" places. DONE.

3) Cover up collusion by claiming energy documents are "national security" documents. Especially after Enron blew up, shred the evidence and move forward. DONE.

4) Push for hundreds of new refineries and power plants built at tax-payer expense if possible by crony companies like Duke, Bectel and others. BEING DONE

5) Kill fuel efficiency because only shortages hike prices. DONE

6) Kill alternatives fuels programs except when necessary to throw a few crumbs, or when the oil companies own the patents. BEING DONE

7) Strip EPA regulations against pollutors. BEING DONE

8) Invade Iraq for the oil, and also use the war to defeat Democrats and remove subpoena powers to investigate energy and environmental scandals. If that works, then invade Iran next. But don't give the oil to the people, keep it in private friendly hands and keep on gouging. HALFWAY DONE.
