I think this describes Bush to a T. Except he did win. Never count anyone out. What wins elections is the machine behind you. Rove won the election for Bush. It certainly wasn't a vision or great speaking ability that won the election for Bush.

Kerry handily whipped Bush in all three debates, especially two of them where it wasn't even close. So if Kerry is such a bad public speaker (as you claim) I guess that means Bush is much worse. Careful whose foot you shoot, it may be your own.
