<<Durable goods report just came out with bad news for consumer spending...whodathunkit>>

This and my tally of E&P NA NG quarterly reports was enough to get me off my recent adds and back down to 30% or so mostly at the open with some at 10:30. Lehman's bullish quarterly NA NG production report seems to be way off this quarter so far.

Was todays import data the anomaly week or a change in pattern?

Gasoline and diesel demand are not looking so strong year over year either.

For me once I see a good hint that NA NG production may increase I would think chances are that a rollover of the cycle is going to be discounted.

It certainly seems if we are going to go through OIH 100 we will have to do some from a lower level and in a overall better equity environment.
