Who is skewing the numbers? You are the one pulling subsets out of the presidential nominations, instead of looking at all nominations to the federal court. Pro says, dont look at Supreme Court appointments, and dont look at federal district court appointments, and dont look at federal court appointments overall, because none of those numbers supports my worldview. Hey Pro, if you stand on your head and ask how many of GW's incompetent redneck judicial nominees have not yet been confirmed, you might really get some stats you like, LOL.
