I'm sure you said he was violating the TOU- what I am not sure of is that he did. I also am sure you "ascertained" that he was violating the ethical rules- but since we can only imagine what you would say to them ("Now I'm on this internet site, and there is this guy who follows me around and posts to me when I don't want him to, and he says he will say things about my private messages to him- oh- right- private messages are these messages I sent him... yeah...well he said he would tell people about them...no, he didn't actually do it...)- I don't think he really did violate the ethical rules of his profession, but I know for sure that you can't be trusted to ascertain that because you don't report things accurately- you aren't even close. You've been wrong on so many things I just ...well...it's nuts. You are amazing. You ought to go back and reread you. You're quite something.
