yeah "Use Silicon Investor for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous ("tortious" or whatever -- you know what we mean), improper or otherwise objectionable. " We all know that the TOU are very broad, and permit all sorts of things, and you have to accept that if you want to post on SI. If there had been any concrete bad behavior- libel, real invasion of privacy, real threats- then they would have had a leg to stand on, but as it was, no legs. As for your insinuation that I've updated my position, that's just more irresponsible fibbing on your part. Silly E.
