It is sad to see the decline.

What is so strange to me is all the empty commercial buildings, with NEW buildings being built in the lot next to the empty one.

NOTE: Made some mistakes in my last post to you, as I just can't seem to talk on the phone and type. Should have read, "here you are!", not "here you not".
