Fact is the Naz is down about 40% since Bush first came to power. The dow is down about 9%. The dollar is down about 40%. Oils is at least 30% higher. Health care costs are up. So are almost any deficit you can think of. His economic ppolicies have had time to take effect and they have been an unqualified failure.
