How can gas prices be at all time highs if supplies are 9 percent above year ago levels? Did someone suspend the law of supply and demand?



The U.S. Energy Department said Wednesday that the inventories of crude oil in the largest consuming nation grew by 5.5 million barrels last week to 324.4 million barrels, or 9 percent above year ago levels.

Give it time
at one time it will become "lucrative" to deflate the bubble...
one commentary on the AM radio suggested the cheap labor in mainland China is "backfiring" because their manufacturing technology is relatively wasteful with regards to crude - so indirectly the cheap imports jack up the crude

BTW:
I noticed the quality of clothing is getting pretty bad - nothing like an original 501
