So why the US gov. does not want to sell more gold coins to cover its big spending? they can make a very high margin.

TH, so what does that tell you?....

the main thing it says to me is the guv wants to keep gold on a low profile, under wraps & away from the attention of the average investor....if they were smart...[that's asking you
to stretch your imagination way beyond the outer limits...lol]
..they would introduce this new gold coin with a huge media campaign...good for the American image & it would show the world the USA acknowledges the value of real money....
like I said, the outer limits...the twilight zone....so I'll dream on...
