Analysis: Indian call centers losing out

CALCUTTA, India -- India may be the world's business outsourcing capital, but it may have to work hard to keep its seat, a recent study shows.

The study, conducted by India's Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry in April, revealed Indian outsourcers are beginning to lose ground to countries such as China, the Philippines, Malaysia, Mexico and Canada.
