Net Metering should be adopted by ALL 50 STATES... (& not for just some trivial, token allowance like "< .5% of the power market" like several States have done).

PS --- don't pay too much attention to the 'objections' of the power producers... they *always* oppose distributed power production because it's a threat to their monopolies.
