Ahem. You mean the world does not trust Bush. Bush has a 70% disapproval rating even in our #1 ally the UK. Elsewhere it gets a lot worse. Clinton on the other hand probably had a 70% approval rating. The world has good reason not to trust Bush, the neocons and the oil companies, whom they see as one.
Appointing Bolton was a slap to the face of the entire planet. So was refusing to deal on the Kyoto Treaty.
