for you then, there is no doubt Jesus is a myth? No, I've never said that. What I do understand now is that there is more in question than simply his divinity. Frankly, my perception of a deity has little to do with a particular religion. I think most religions are tainted by the biases of humanity and not always the best way to find one's spirituality. I'm puzzled at what led you to believe in Jesus to begin with... I was raised Christian. As a kid, I had no reason to doubt what I was taught. That's why I was surprised at the news that there is no official/secular record of his existence. What makes you believe in him when the proof is fairly slim, and the claims about him so fantastical.......ie walking on water etc.?
