Thanks Pam, the mechanics of all this will forever remain opaque to me, but I take it from the responses I got (from yourself, Bargain Hunter, and Cary -- all appreciated) that the $600M that is to be spent in 2005 on the new fab will not amount to any significant additional expenses, and will not, of itself, produce any EPS surprises. (And don't worry, I will not hold you responsible if it proves to be otherwise).
