$300 billion for Halliburton, Bechtel, big oil and the Bushies. THAT's theft. 100,000 lives as well. THAT's theft. SS is an insurance program. If you don't like it, get off the grid. Medicare is a safety net, if you don't like it, get off the grid. You are not required to participate in any of these things. You can live in your bunker, not participate in any of the riches this society affords you and not pay into SS or Medicare. You can life as a hunter-gatherer on your own land. Better yet, you are more than welcome and even encouraged to go to Iraq to fight for your Prophet Bush or to Afghanistan to live the Darwinian lifestyle firsthand. Yet you sit and gripe about the progressive policies which have made the US of A (prior to Bush and wrecking crew) the envy of the world WHILE you're taking advantage of them. The Internet is a government program. The infrastructure is a government program. Money is a government program. Capitalism is a government program. None of these things exist in this fashion without government. THINK.
