But Julia Child need not spin in her grave just yet: Demand for American foie gras has surged since regulators began the campaign. Michael Ginor, owner of Hudson Valley Foie Gras, one of only two large U.S. producers, says that since March demand is up 20%. George Faison, co-owner of foie gras distributor D'Artagnan, observes, "This is uniquely American. When someone says you can't do or eat something, Americans want to do it that much more."

Nope, a moron is person who has a mental age of between 8 and 12 years and is capable of doing routine work under supervision, according to Merriam-Webster's Medical Dictionary. I told you I thought Pamela Anderson is a moron, clinically speaking, because I believe she qualifies under the above definition. As for liberals, no, I believe most fall within normal intelligence ranges. Bill Maher, although thoroughly obnoxious, is certainly not a moron. As far as PETA goes, I'm quite certain they signed up Pamela Anderson only because of her inflated breasts. Odd that they get the joke, but you don't.
