Re: Homebuilders - I'm prejudiced, and I think the stockprices will go down even if some of the companies have better earnings.

The big institutions will be starting to exit as interest rate increases start to gain traction - that's the model they use. They were buying KBH about 5 years ago in the 20's.

We might have a long, broad top (1-3 months) which is typical of the top for sectors, especially when there are many shorts.
