What did I say? I graduated from a class of 42 if that is important. I was not a good kid either. I also had my ass kicked by the asst. principal.

I deserved it.


You said in your first post:

Which implies you were at the mercy of the teachers and the school unlike the girls in the article. However, in reading your more recent post up above, its sounds like you did your first post before you recalled completely your high school career. Your second post paints a somewhat different picture.

BTW the girls got their butts kicked too.......at first. But it seems the difference between you and those girls is they were good students and had not done something bad. Instead, they had maxed to the limit the application of their right to freedom of speech. The school didn't like it and jumped on their cases. It seems, though, the girls knew their rights and exercised them accordingly. After all, freedom of speech is not just reserved for adults. <g>

And remember this took place in Minnesota where the exercising of democracy is at a very high level. I suspect things would have been different in another state.
