I was intentionally being hard on Duray. I never did care for Buffy or Donovan either. I preferred better music. I have no problem with people being anti-war. However, just as I have no problem with any people following any religion, I don't appreciate people like Duray that cannot even exercise self discipline but have critical remarks for so many.

I remember Abby Hoffman. As a kid I disagreed with him but thought he was funny and had balls. I then saw him a couple times drinking heavily, taking various prescription meds he spilled on the table and yacking mindlessly about the 60s and how people just weren't cool anymore. He eventually died from that behavior. My impression was that he only knew how to attack and break things. He wasn't happy without a following and couldn't or simply wouldn't be just a guy. He didn't contribute. He just took. In the end he was miserable. Many people disguise their craving of attention with altruistic costumes. Like most revolutionary types, they are in it for the fight, yet pretend to be in it for the good. They can never win because they never want to be just another citizen.
